Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment.
    A payment of one third of the booking value is required for bookings made more than 2 months prior to arrival. The balance of the cost of the booking is then due no less than 2 months prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 2 months before arrival then the full payment of the booking is required. Payment can be made by Debit/Credit card.
  2. Cancellation Policy.
    Once you have made a booking you have entered into a Contract with us. Cancellation charges will apply including any credit/debit card charges as follows:
    More than 2 months prior to arrival. Full deposit.
    1-2 months prior to arrival. 50% of total cost or full deposit whichever is greater.
    2 weeks to 1 month prior to arrival. 90% of total cost.
    Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival. 100% of total cost.
  3. Damage and Breakages.
    You are responsible for all costs incurred as a result of any damage and breakages to the property and contents and agree to reimburse these costs as an extra payment to cover such costs.
    We expect the property to be left in a good state upon leaving and if in our opinion extra cleaning is required you will be liable for the cost of this extra cleaning.
